Join us for a nourishing, restful and vitalizing weekend yoga retreat at the Calistoga Spa Hot Springs in the town of Calistoga in the Napa Valley. Classes include hatha yoga, restorative yoga, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation. Classes are designed to accommodate mixed levels of yoga experience, and beginners are welcome and encouraged.
Class meeting times are structured to allow you ample time to enjoy Calistoga Spa's hot mineral pools and spa services before, between and after classes.
The weekend begins on Friday in the late afternoon with a 2 hour class; continues on Saturday with two 2 hour classes (morning and afternoon) and ends on Sunday with a 2 hour late morning class.
Participants arrange their own lodging and food. Lodging prices in Calistoga have increased quite a bit since we had our first retreat here in 2009! If you want to attend the retreat and are interested in sharing a room with another participant to help defray the cost of lodging, please contact me and I will try to connect you with another participant. I can also give you some suggestions for places that might be less expensive.
